Connecting with peers in the same profession offers numerous benefits, including knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and the cultivation of professional relationships. This interaction allows individuals to learn from each other's experiences, discuss common challenges, and build a network of support within their field.
Earlier this year, the Upper Ohio Valley City Managers Group was formed by Bob Herron, City Manager of Wheeling, WV and  Bill Lanham, Assistant City Manager of Wheeling, WV to connect with local  peers in West Virginia and Ohio. Yesterday, the group met for the second time in Wheeling to network and expand their knowledge for the betterment of the communities they serve.
