Weirton Ride

Weirton Ride offers bus services throughout the City of Weirton.

Weirton Ride operates a route deviation bus service. Buses follow a scheduled regular route via Pennsylvania Ave, an express route visa Cove Road, and a Saturday route but will leave the route up to 1/8 mile on request.

Requests for Deviated Services

Buses may deviate ( within 1/8 mile) from the regular route. To request a deviation for a pick up, please call 304-797-8597 weekdays at least ONE DAY IN ADVANCE BY 4:00 PM. To request a deviation for drop off, please let the driver know. Passengers needing service beyond the 1/8 mile service can use our DEMAND SERVICE. Call Weirton Ride for more details.

Fares

  • $2.00 per ride , additional $1.00 per deviation
  • Students to and from school - $1.00 per ride
  • Children 6 and under - Free
  • $4.00 per Demand (based on availability) - Temporarily Suspended
  • $5.00 per On Demand (same day services, based on availability) - Temporarily Suspended
