In honor of Foster Care Awareness Month, Mayor Dean Harris presented Rudy and Rosie McAllister with a proclamation. Rudy and Rosie have fostered six children throughout the last nine years. They have given their time, talents, and hearts to provide support to children and many others in our community. Thank you to Rudy and Rosie for all you do for Weirton!
