Thank you to the Weir High School Band for kicking off the 2024 Christmas on Main Street event!
During Christmas on Main Street, Mayor Harold E. Miller
presented Band Director Gavin Shaffer and the Weir High Drumline was presented with a Certificate of Excellence for the Drumline's participation in the 2024 Award-Winning performance at the Parkersburg Band Competition and for their community involvement by participating in the yearly drum battle and Steubenville Nutcracker Drumline.
Shout also to the Weir High Majorettes for their 2024 Award-Winning performance at the Parkersburg Band Competition.
