The Purple Heart Parking Project - Needs Your Business
The Purple Heart Parking Project was formed to honor Purple Heart Medal recipients.
In the City of Weirton, spaces have been dedicated to Purple Heart Medal recipients at the Weirton DMV office, Weirton Municipal Building, Millsop Community Center, and the Hancock County Savings Bank’s Weirton Branch.
To further the Purple Heart Parking Project in Weirton and Hancock and Brooke Counties the participation of businesses is needed.
Let us paint Weirton and Hancock and Brooke Counties purple by designating parking spaces near the main entrances of businesses for Purple Heart Medal recipients with a “Reserved Combat Wounded” sign.
