Thanks to the collective efforts of the Starvaggi Memorial Park Civic Association, City of Weirton, Weirton Park Board, J.C. Williams Foundation, Starvaggi Charities, Harold & Dolores Wolfe Charitable Trust, City of Weirton Public Works Department, Park Board maintenance staff and GameTime was a recipient of the West Virginia Municipal League’s 2023 All Star Community Award in the Enrichment category for the improvements made to the Starvaggi Memorial Pool & Park.
