Mayor Harold E "Bubba" Miller (Madonna High School Class of "64") visited his alma mater with Assistant City Manager DeeAnn Pulliam on Thursday, March 30, 2023, to speak with Mr. Eloi's Civics Class. During the speaking engagement students learned about developments happening within the City, the City's infrastructure, and the history of Weirton.
