[ARCHIVED] Weir High School's Drama Club proudly announces Slapdash! The Fourth

Looking for laughs? Weir High School's Drama Club proudly announces Slapdash! The Fourth.

Weirton- Slapdash! The Fourth marks the club's fourth annual improv comedy show. The entire performance is unscripted. Often, the actors/actresses rely on funny suggestions from the audience to supply the characters, setting, and basic premise for each scene. Corey E. Miller, Language Arts/Drama teacher is both directing and hosting the event. Miller is the school's Thespian Troupe sponsor along with faculty member Debra Marino. Logan Baldauf, student/stage manager, will be co-hosting this event.

Slapdash! stars two teams of improvisers competing for points. The Red Team consists of Alyssa Burdine, Dakota Wagner, Natalie Cramer, Seth Feierman, Alexia Jenkins, and Shalynn Whear. The Blue Team features Bret Fankhauser, Maddy Carroll, Demetri Riter, Megan Cramer, Joe Clutter, and Sadies Moore. This event is family friendly, and it will leave you in stitches!

This performance is one night only. Friday, June 1st @ 7PM. Doors open @ 6:30PM. All tickets are $7.00 at the door.
