Weirton VFW Post #2716 held their annual Veterans Day Ceremony today in appreciation of the brave men and women who have defended our nation with honor. Weirton Mayor Dean Harris, City Council, administration, and employees joined community members at the ceremony to celebrate the courage and selflessness of veterans who willing gave their lives to protect the freedom we enjoy today.
To the veterans of our community and country, the City of Weirton thanks you for answering the call of duty. Your commitment is an inspiration to all.
