Earlier this year, the Upper Ohio Valley City Managers Group was formed by Bob Herron, City Manager of Wheeling, WV and Bill Lanham, Assistant City Manager of Wheeling, WV to connect with local peers in West Virginia and Ohio. Yesterday, the group met for the second time in Wheeling to network and expand their knowledge for the betterment of the communities they serve.
