[ARCHIVED] Pam Makricosta Remembered at Poetry Symposium

SKM_C550i25041007360

Pam Makricosta was a gentle soul with a passion for poetry and a love for our community. Tragically, her life was taken by surprise in 2023. On April 9, the Pam Makricosta Memorial Poetry Symposium was held at the Mary H. Weir Library in honor of Pam's incredible impact on our community.
To further honor Pam at the Symposium, Mayor Dean M. Harris, presented a certificate to Library Director Rik Rekowski recognizing Pam's invaluable contributions to our City as an educator, historian, writer, and poet.
Pam may be gone from this world, but her memory will forever live  in the hearts of all those that knew her.
