On Saturday, January 25, the West Virginia Municipal League (WVML) held a reception and dinner at Oglebay Resort in Wheeling, WV for delegates, senators, and other municipal officials from the Northern Panhandle to network. Weirton had a large presence at the event thanks to the attendance of Mayor Dean M. Harris and City Council.
