Mayor Dean Harris recognized Harold "Bubba" Miller and his wife Christine Miller at last night's Council Meeting for their many years of service to our community while Harold served as Weirton's Mayor from 2015 - 2024. Harold's time as the City's Mayor was marked by milestones of projects, his commitment to the citizen's of Weirton, and his ability to bring people together.
