Ever heard of an MS4? 🤔 It stands for "Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System." Basically, it is the setup of our storm drains and pipes that carry rainwater away from our streets and neighborhoods.
These systems are important because they help keep our town from flooding. But they can also carry things like oil, litter, and pet waste into our rivers and streams. That means we have to be careful about what we let flow into our storm drains to keep our water clean and fresh. 💧
