     Weirton Hall of Fame Committee Announces                                                                                                                 

     Inductees for the 2024 Weirton Hall of Fame Class

Established in 2008 by Ordinance, the Weirton Hall of Fame honors former and current Weirton residents for "outstanding accomplishments” in  six specific areas of Philanthropy, Public Service, Music and Fine Arts, Business, Industry and Professions, Education and Religion, and Sports and Athletics. This year, twenty nominations were submitted to the Committee. From the twenty nominations, the following twelve individuals were chosen to represent the 2024 Weirton Hall of Fame Class:

 In recognition of their accomplishments, inductees will receive a commemorative medallion, a personalized plaque,  and their name memorialized on a plaque installed on the Hall of Fame wall located at the Millsop Community Center. Congratulations to the 2024 Weirton Hall of Fame Class. The Weirton Hall of Fame Committee is honored  to recognize you for your achievements and contributions to the City of Weirton.
