In 2016, March 6 was established as Black Balloon Day dedicated to remembering all those who lost their lives to an overdose.
Last night Mayor Harold Miller joined the First United Methodist Church and local families to observe Black Balloon Day to remember those lives who were taken from an epidemic that continues to invade our Nation.
