[ARCHIVED] Jalen McCrary, Rosie McAllister, and Cloak and Dagger Recognized in Honor of Black History Month

n behalf of Mayor Harold E. Miller, Assistant City Manager DeeAnn Pulliam recognized several people at the February Council meeting in honor of Black History Month.  For the past several years, the Ohio Valley Cloak and Dagger Company has partnered with the Dunbar Recreation Center during the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Walk event.  They have performed theatrical dramas the honor the history of Dr. King and his powerful message of equality.  Jalen McCrary and Rosie McAllister have brought the words of Dr. King and his wife, Coretta Scott King to life.  Pete and Bethany Fernbaugh have played supporting roles.  Congratulations to Rosie, Jalen, and the Ohio Valley Cloak and Dagger Company.
