Today, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Governor Justice declared a half-day holiday for West Virginia state employees. In accordance with Governor Justice’s declaration, today, November 22nd will be a half-day holiday for City employees. All City Administrative Offices will close at NOON.
Thursday and Friday, November 23rd & 24th , are holidays for City employees. All City Administrative Offices will be closed beginning Wednesday at noon and will reopen on Monday, November 27th.
