The Weirton Festival Committee is getting geared up for the 2023 Christmas on Main Street event taking place on Saturday, November 18. Back by popular demand, is the Gingerbread House Contest from last year. We encourage anyone to participate and have fun!
Anyone can enter the contest – there is a category for everyone! Each category winner receives an incredible prize package. The categories are:
- Business
- Group Effort
- Adult (ages 18 and up)
- Youth (ages 10 to 17)

Contestants can enter by going to the Christmas on Main Street Facebook page, the City of Weirton Facebook page, contacting the email below, or completing the entry form via Google docs on the Facebook page. It is free to enter. Contestants will bring their creations to the Millsop Community Center the week of the event to be judged. Winners will be announced at the Christmas on Main Street event on November 18.
