At the 2026 January Meeting of the Weirton City Council, Mayor Dean M. Harris had the distinct honor of recognizing Weirton resident Paul James Tokash for his dedicated
service in the United States Army. It is always a privilege when the City of Weirton gets to recognize the service and sacrifices of our local heroes.
