This is Sad that I am the first to post here. I would like to be your neighbor at 1154 Main Street but the owner wants to turn it into a parking lot. I imagined living on the 2nd floor with a Jacuzzi shower, putting distributed Lennox HVAC and Sunrun batteries and solar panels on the roof all from the Costco Warehouse in Pittsburg. Do you have a IKEA or do I make do with the Lowe's across the river? I do like a Swedish kitchen. I was would hire the most local of tradesmen to install and to remodel everything but would be respectful of keeping the area an Art, Culture, and Education Cove. I was thinking to grow tomatoes, to brew coffee, and to talk with my neighbors on the 1st floor, and storing my 200 bottles of wine in the basement. My idea to develop the economy is to spend money on Main Street and not the home of your 1st Mayor on Riverview.
