[ARCHIVED] West Virginia Municipal League "If I Were Mayor, I Would..." Essay Contest

Tommy Charnie, seventh-grader from St. Paul School, was selected by the West Virginia Municipal League as a winner of the 2016-17 “If I Were Mayor, I Would . . .” essay contest. He received a check in the amount of $250.00 and a special plaque, and Mayor Miller also awarded him with a Certificate of Appreciation.
