CITY OF WEIRTON MUNICIPAL OFFICES – HOLIDAY HOURS
In observance of the holidays, the operating hours for all City of Weirton Municipal Offices, including Public Works, will be the following:
- Friday, December 25 – Offices will be closed
- Friday, January 1 – Offices will be closed
Collection of garbage and recyclables scheduled for pickup on Friday, December 25, will be picked up on Saturday, December 26
Collection of garbage and recyclables scheduled for pickup on Friday, January 1, will be picked up on Saturday, January 2

The Weirton Transit Bus Corporation’s office will have the following holiday hours:
- Thursday, December 24 – Will close at 12:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 25 – Will be closed
- Saturday, December 26, through Saturday, January 2 – Loop Schedule
- Friday, January 1 – Will be closed

Demand service will be limited to JOB access, medical appointments, and essential trips only
