The event will be held at the Weirton Event Center on Saturday October 29, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. At the Hullabaloo, people can expect entertainment, a costume contest, candy, pumpkin carving, and special guest appearances by the Sanderson Sisters!
