[ARCHIVED] Weir High School's Drama Club proudly announces Slapdash

Looking for laughs? Weir High School's Drama Club proudly announces Slapdash! 5.

Weirton- Slapdash! 5 marks the club's fifth annual improv show. The entire performance is unscripted. Often, the actors/actresses rely on funny suggestions from the audience to supply the characters, setting, and basic premise for each scene. Corey E. Miller, Language Arts/Drama teacher is both directing and hosting the event. Miller sponsors the school's Thespian Troupe along with faculty member Deb Marino. Logan Baldauf, student/stage manager, will be co-hosting this event.

Slapdash! stars two teams of improvisers competing for points. The Red Team consists of Maddy Carroll, Shalynn Whear, Elizabeth Doer, and Roy Shrieve. The Blue Team features Dakota Wagner, Sabrina DiPietrantonio, Jordan Colandros, and Haley Joray. This event is family friendly, and it will leave you in stitches!

This performance is one night only. Friday, May 17th @ 7PM. Doors open @ 6:30PM. All tickets are $10.00 at the door.

Your Friday night plans just got better.
