For those who are currently certified lifeguards, the Weirton Board of Parks has lifeguard positions available at the Weirton Millsop Community Center.
WMCC is need of lifeguards who can work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. during weekdays, and multiple weekend shifts. Lifeguards who serve at WMCC must have a current Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Typically, new members of the WMCC lifeguard staff must serve as substitute guards prior to being added to the regular schedule. The position pays minimum wage, plus a day turn shift differential.
