Complaints regarding ADA should be submitted as per the following grievance procedure:
Complaints must be submitted, in writing, to Weirton Transit to firstname.lastname@example.org. A written response from Weirton Transit will be forwarded to the complainant within ten days (lO) working days.
If you are unable to complete a written complaint or if information is needed in another language, we can assist you. Additionally, information in alternative
accessible formats are available upon request. Please contact us at 304-797-8597.
