Members
The Disruptive Activity Board shall consist of three members who shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council. The term of office shall be for three years. The board shall select one of the members to serve as chairperson. The City Manager, or his/her designee, shall serve as an ex-officio advisory member of the board but shall have no vote on any matter before the board.
