Councilman Fracasso graduated from Weir High School. Soon after graduating from Weir High, Enzo started his career at Weirton Steel Corporation, and retired 45 years later from ArcelorMittal Steel. During his steel career, Enzo was a member of the Independent Steelworkers Union, serving as a steward, and on the Union’s Executive Committee, and Wage and Incentive Committee. When he was not working, Enzo actively participated in the community volunteering as a football coach for 10 years with the Madonna Junior Dons and 3 years at Madonna High School.
