City of Weirton Ward III Councilman, Fred S. Marsh, is a lifelong resident of Weirton.
Fred and his wife Susan (Allen) Marsh currently live in Ward III, and have two children and three grandchildren.
Councilman Marsh was first elected to City Council in 2007, and is honored to be currently serving his fourth term as the representative of Ward III.
