[ARCHIVED] Mental Health Action Day

May is nationally recognized as mental health awareness month. With the challenges many faced this past year, our nation has been called to bring awareness to the mental health crisis and to take action.  In response to the call of action on the mental health crisis, May 20 has been designated as Mental Health Action Day.

Visit MentalHealthActionDay.org. to learn more about how you can support your mental health and the mental health of those around you .

If you are currently in a crisis, call 1-800-273-TALK today.

Take action on combating mental health by reaching out to those you love, reaching within yourself, and reaching around your community!
